Ambassador Agreement

 

By agreeing to become a Brand Ambassador for Brainwave Watch, you are committing to:

  1. Maintain Professional Standards: Conduct all communications and dealings in a businesslike and professional manner that reflects positively on Brainwave.
  2. Respect Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of the teens, parents, and families you work with, safeguarding their privacy.
  3. Provide Candid Feedback: Offer candid and frank feedback to help us improve our product and service for the common good.
  4. Resolve Complaints: Address any complaints directly with Brainwave in the first instance, maintaining confidentiality and giving us a fair opportunity to rectify any issues.
  5. Recommendation: Promote and recommend the Brainwave Watch product and service to colleagues, PTAs, other organizations, professionals, and families who may benefit from it.
  6. Uphold Reputation: Uphold the good name and reputation of Brainwave in all your interactions.
  7. Adhere to Branding Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the Brainwave Watch Branding Guidelines.
