These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Brainwave Brand Ambassador Program. Please read these Terms carefully before becoming a Brand Ambassador (“Ambassador”). By joining our program, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Branding Guidelines.

Agreement Synopsis

By becoming a Brainwave Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

1. Maintain Professionalism: Uphold businesslike professional standards in all communications and dealings associated with Brainwave.
2. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of the teens, parents, and families involved with Brainwave.
3. Provide Candid Feedback: Offer candid and frank feedback to help us improve our product and service for the common good.
4. Address Complaints: Discuss any complaints directly with us in a confidential manner, allowing us a fair chance to rectify or address any issues.
5. Recommend Our Product: Recommend the Brainwave product and service to colleagues, PTAs, other organizations, professionals, and families who may benefit from it.
6. Uphold Our Reputation: Uphold the good name and reputation of Brainwave.
7. Familiarize with Branding Guidelines: Make yourself aware of and adhere to the Branding Guidelines provided by Brainwave.

Please note that this agreement is not a formal legal document but rather an expression of our expectations for the common good. It outlines the principles that guide our relationship and collaboration as Ambassadors of Brainwave.

General Information

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Brainwave reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Ambassadors will be notified of any updates or changes to these Terms.

Your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is voluntary and can be terminated by either party at any time. If you wish to terminate your participation, please notify Brainwave.

The information provided by Ambassadors should be accurate and not misleading in any way.
